About 4 days in, to an agreement with myself that I would do abs everyday for a month, I do my 5 minute routine. It doesn't me as much as it did the first day, but I do moan and gasp a lot. Next video, I will be adding 10lb ankle weights, which REALLY (since I am about a week in now, and it has gotten a lot easier)!! Topless throughout. 5 different exercises, for about a minute each.
