After an intense 10 minute interval, resistance training session on my stationary bicycle....I go another sweaty 5 mins. Throughout this clip I am already sweating from the previous workout, and building upon it. I turned the AC off, and really went to town, since I am trying to get into better shape anyways. I mop at my face throughout the clip, with my T-shirt, and I cycle with my arms on my head, so armpits are seen frequently. The sweat drips down my arms, and face, and my T-shirt becomes noticeably wet :) As clip ends, I peel T-shirt fully off. Enjoy XOX
