This is an eye makeup, close up clip. I begin by carefully apply a dark, pressed powder, above my lashes...for a slight, natural looking lash line. I darken my brows slightly, and get very close, for mascara application. I apply about 3 coats of black mascara. Only cruelty free products used :) Enjoy!!
