Description

This is a HD exercise/ workout clip. Come join me, in this long, but reasonably priced workout clip. I wanna "work out" together. Who says lingerie and weights don't mix?? Hehe...Routine;- 1 Compound Upper Body Push Exercise (Bench press w/ dumb bells). Then I do an Upper Body Pull (bent over rows). Following this I do Lower Body (weighted squats), as well as weighted Lateral Raises. Finally, for isolation, I do 3 sets of 10-15 raisesof each. I do calves (weighted calf raises), and 4 different abdominal exercises (a minute each w/ 20 sec recovery), to wrap up. The high def camera changes angle...
