Description

This is a non-nude, real time clip, which consists of the 2nd half of my compound Super-set, resistance training, arm workout. I use 10lb weights, and a 15 lb kettlebell for biceps and triceps. I use 5lb weights for compound shoulders. I take roughly 90 second rests between sets, which I have not cut out, because I stretch my arms during these breaks (and wipe my brow). Having already completed the first half, immediately before filming, I get misty sweaty, and my arms turn to jelly by the end of the Supersets. I listen to music throughout, and wear a revealing bikini top with short shorts...
