Swallowing/gulping (1 minute facing cam 1 minute profile view/body to side): For this you are keeping your head tilted back for 1 minute each facing cam and profile view as far as you can so it completes that triangular arch and you are doing some swallowing/gulping. This is so the sounds of your throat are heard and to see your throat move.
