There is a bright red colored nail polish on the table in front of you, and you put your right hand on your thigh, and slowly paint each finger nail. Then you do the same with the left, slowly and carefully, making sure to show your bare toenails at times too. Stroke and massage you legs and feet, and compare your fingernails to your toenails, once your fingernails have been painted. Lift both legs as you do this, and slowly lower your left leg, as you decide to paint the toenails on your right foot. paint them slowly from big toe outward. Please do not use the spacers, that people use, when they paint their toenails. Just go natural, and paint without those between toe spacers. Once the right foot is done, lower it to the floor and slowly lift the left...and begin painting those toenails. Be sure to start at the big toe, and move outwards please. Once you are finished, admire your finger and toe nails, then please blow on them to dry them. Thank you".
