I sit about a foot away from HD cam, with camera below me, pointing upward toward neck and throat, as I chew and swallow. I eat 1 slice of toast with peanut butter, and 3 cups of berries with a dab of coco whip. I chew with my mouth open as much as poss, but of habit has me close mouth chewing about half of the time. I am very well lit, with a 10, 000 LUX light, directly behind cam also. Neck and throat very well defined and visible. Enjoy :) XOXOXOXOX!!
