This is a HD Bicep, Arm, Armpit, Flexing, Sheer Lace Bra, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding Clip. No sweat really built up this time, not even a light film, although I definitely do have to push myself through the pain barrier. HD Cam remains at angle shown in pic and preview, as I have a good time, working my biceps and tricept in a compound curl and press. They are slowly starting to get bigger (YAY!!!!), and more defined, as seen in this clip. GO MEEEE!!!!!!! I complete 3 rounds of 15 reps each, using 10lb dumbells, which is a challenge for me today.
