I bought a little something for myself online and it arrived today, usually it's nice treats that arrive in the mail but on this occasion - I'm not so sure if todays package can be classed as a treat!
Why I do this to myself, I will never know! However when I seen these body fat callipers for sale online, curiosity got the better of me and I just couldn't say no.
So just what is my body fat % now? I want to know just as much as you!
