I'm always avoiding the scales it seems, but when I stumbled across my vintage scales, I couldn't resist but film another weight update !
After stepping on the old school scales I decide they must be broken and I get my new digital scales and weigh myself on those also.
I can't believe how heavy they say I am so I switch between the two scales, hoping one will come up lighter. I don't, not really but changing and comparing the scales is a fun distraction from this heavier weight update!
