Working out...
I keep saying I'm going to do it, over and over... well now I am!
I wasn't expecting it to be easy, I knew I was going to struggle and that began with the challenge of squeezing myself into my now tiny gym clothing.
I head outside to my home gym and attempt some sit ups and some other exercises.
