In this clip you get to see me in my beautiful new cressi summer full wet suit and also features my oval mask.
After a brief introduction, talking about my last filmed attempt I set to slowly working myself up, lots of deep breaths with short holds in between, I start off with a warm up breath hold which actually isn't too bad time wise, although I do struggle, puffing my cheeks a little and screwing my face up.
