As much as I've tried, I cannot hold the scales back any longer.
Armed with my digital scales, a special measuring tape and a note of my highest weight ever, it's time to take a deep breath and climb aboard.
The results (for me at least) are actually shocking!!! I am the heaviest ever. I weigh myself a few times to be sure!
After weighing in I go around some key parts of my body with the measuring tape to see how much the gain has affected me physically.
