Getting ready to go for a run, I put on my trainers and lace them up tight. It feels like there is a small stone in my shoe, but it'll take too long to take them off and put them back on, besides - I'm only running around the block, it wont take me long.
I get back from my jog and sit down, that stone really hurt! I take off my shoes and see I have a dent imprint on my foots sole, so I look to see what it was in my shoe.
