It's been a while since stepping onto the scales and with Christmas & new year just gone - its easy to know why!
In this clip I give you all an update, take you on the scales with me for the 1st time since my last update clip and show you where all my added gorging weight has gone to!
However, luckily for me, my scales are in kg, I have no idea how many lbs my gain comes to.. and its probably for the best!
