Probably one of the most intense inhale videos that I have ever done. It should go without saying that if you feel as though you can't keep up with me on this, then you should throw in the towel..

The rules are simple. Everytime the metronome "clicks" you inhale. Everytime it "pings", you change nostrils.

You nostrils are SURE to sting the next day, which will serve as a nice little reminder of your Master.
