Foxy may be slight in frame, but she certainly has some biceps on her. Viper is clearly surprised by this and is willing to give the newbie a chance - in particular in this instance, with arm wrestling. Though Viper is physically bigger, she isn't prepared for the strength that Foxy brings to the table - literally!
