The headmaster of the school has gotten wind of Professor Richard Lennox' unorthodox foot tickling demonstrations for his biology class, and she's not at all happy. Terra Mizu ties up the professor and calls an assembly to show that everyone at the school is considered an equal, so he, too, shall suffer the feet tickling demonstration.
