This was a custom were a skinny guy is staying at a hotel and take a shower but forgot to bring clean clothes, He sees some clean clothes including a very large pair of underwear. HE puts the underwear on anyway since he has no choice then goes to the bathroom and comes back and finishes getting dressed, He realizes the underwear are fitting now but right away he begins to feel strange.
