On PC's use the Go Pro Player, VLC plays VR now but playback worked much for me in the GO Pro player. These 4K clips do not play on the Theta PC app last I tried. If you still have issues let me know. Most everyone bought the 4K version of my last VR clip with no complaints but let me know if you have issues. I use a Samsung S7 edge with gear VR and it works fine. I also tested it on a standard google cardboard headset and it worked great. My last phone was a Moto x Pure and it also can play these 4K clips
