The Doctor performs an extremely long and detailed exam on her. He checks her pulse (she's a little tachycardic) on her wrists and neck, takes her temperature, examines her mouth and throat, then takes her BP in the sitting, supine, and standing positions. He tells her to undress completely from the waist up, then goes on to examine her lungs on her back and chest, with auscultation and palpation. The heart auscultation/palpation follows. The Doctor takes his time, listening to her heart on many spots on her chest. He examines her heart while she's sitting, in the supine position, and in the lateral decubitus position. The young, beautiful patient, is co-operative and submissive throughout. Penelope is a gorgeous girl undergoing a meticulous medical examination.
