Karly Salinas is obviously defeated, as she's trapped in Megan Jones' lethal head scissors. Megan tells her to submit, but Karly is unable to do so. As some added incentive, Megan proceeds to smother Karly, adding in some RNC's and more head scissors for good measure. Each hold brings Karly just to the point of going out, but Megan let's go right in time. Karly finally succumbs to Megan's submissions, and wakes up to find herself being victory posed on.
