Madame Meiko wants to share her slaves suffering while talking with her girlfriend on the phone and picks her boots with the deep treads on them. After changing into them she makes the call and does her best to have him make noise for her friend to hear. You'll watch her treads sink into his face as she goes from trampling to grinding the heel to twisting her soles on his cheek and eye like putting out a cigarette and then stomps his face to really get him to make some noise.
