Considering I will be 32 weeks along tomorrow ( Feb 21rst) I thought it was time to really start nourishing my nipples and get them ready for breastfeeding :)
I've been doing some "research" and it seems it is important to keep them moisturized so when the baby is here I have less chances of having sore, cracked nipples ouchhhhh
So on this video you get to see me while I apply some nourishing coconut oil on them and massage them really well so they can be super moisturized and ready for what's about to happen in a few more weeks!
