It is hot out but I can’t miss my work out time! Today I really pushed myself despite the heat. I got so sweaty and hot. My mostly shaved armpits poured sweat down my shirt. Once I got home I needed to cool off so I stood in my air conditioned living room with my arms in the air trying to cool down my sweaty arm pits. I am still so hot and not getting cooled down at all so I pull my hair up into a bun and fan my armpits. They smell so bad from all of the sweat and working out.
