I suppose its understandable that Marie and Staci sometimes forget there is a slave suffering underneath their heels. When they are kissing each other they sometimes do tune out any cries of pain from nearby males. But he need not worry, they will turn their attention back to him soon enough and focus once more on hurting him with their high heels.
