It's not immediately obvious why this slave is grimacing in pain. After all, Goddess Ash is being all nice and super sweet to him, what is there to be complaining about? Oh yeah, there is the fact that she has his balls gripped tightly in her hand and is squeezing them at random. I'm not really sure why she is doing that, perhaps it's because she wants him to get accustomed to life with ball pain.
