Having three girls smoke tends to generate a lot of ash and cigarette waste. Fortunately for them they have a self cleaning ashtray to take care of that problem, namely a mans mouth. His lies back, keeps his mouth open wide, and sits there silently accepting any ash and cigarette waste dropped into his mouth by the girls. They ignore him, he's just an ashtray anyways, while they chat and light out cigarettes in his mouth.
