A prisoner has escaped and Military Officer M helps her colleague Police Officer Mia to get the prisoner back behind bars. To learn the prisoner not to run away the two officers decides to give him a lesson - a whipping. Unfortunately for the Officers this is just not enough and what happens is that the prisoner run away again. The prisoner will soon learn his lesson and not run away twice from these Officers - second time they catch him the menu is high heels trampling. Maybe not really after the procedure...
