3 enema clip! I've never used something like this before. It's long, orange and flexible. I try to fit it in all the way but I'm too full to take it all. I try once and get some water in. On the second try I take almost the entire bag! Then I can tell I need a little more, so I use a smaller nozzle for an even more intense cleaning and oh boy did I need that last little bit of water! Lots of toilet noises, moaning, splashing, breathing etc.
