When Step-Daddy comes into the living room and finds Dolly standing behind the couch, he asks why she isn't sitting down to watch TV. Upon inspection, he realizes she has made a big mess in her diaper even though he asked her to keep her diaper clean. They have dinner plans and Step-Daddy doesn't want to change a messy diaper before then. To teach her a lesson, he gives her a solid spanking with the hairbrush on her messy diaper and squishes it in all over. Now she will just have to deal with a messy diaper while they go out to eat with friends.
