Red make a poorly chosen joke about hurting herself, so now she is on safety watch. She is put into a straitjacket to prevent her from doing any harm and a diaper is added to avoid unnecessary trips to the bathroom. After a while of being locked up, Red's bowels get the better of her and she makes a very loud mess in the institutional diaper. Unfortunately the crotch strap of the straitjacket is pressing the mess against her skin, which only increases her humiliation.
