Before Judas sends her tenant to the dirty disgusting basement, she's going to flatten him into a welcome doormat for the next tenant. She jumps and stomps Jasons body and face flat making sure he's presentable for her girlfriends who are sure to move-in within the next couple of weeks. Jason's groans and moans as a result of Juda's full-weight pressing on his body fails to instill mercy in his landlord. His pain only makes her more aggressive in her vindictive punishment.
