Roxie Ray is a strong woman who refuses to take no for an answer. Jack isn't strong enough to fight Roxie off when he grabs him by the hair and his mouth on her feet. In fact he tastes 'de-feet' by bowing down to Roxie pretty quickly with her red toes in his mouth.
