The trampling starts and Iohana suffers so much that she starts screaming and moaning in pain, begging for Latifa to stop. Every time she tries to run away, the personal trainer makes the trampling worse, even jumping at her belly for a bunch of times. Ahh, there’s nothing like the taste of revenge!
