SYNOPSIS: Alessia goes to Dr. Nicole, complaining about a lot of cough. When the doctor listens to Alessia's chest, she realizes that the patient is not really sick and just wants a certificate to miss work! Oh, Alessia will not get away with it... Nicole pulls out all the phlegm and saliva she has, directly from her lungs and salivary glands, and starts spitting in the patient's face.
