Unfortunately for Mia, Kobe isn't done with the tape! She explains to her that she has to be punished for her indecent behavior, to which Mia of course protests. Kobe gives her a tight cleave gag with the tape, quieting Mia a bit, but only momentarily! That is, of course, because she's going to let Mia's feet have the brunt of the punishment by rubbing the tips of her fingers across them while Mia squeals with laughter! When she's done, she leaves the poor girl there to struggle.
