Billy is at college and he is having trouble with some of his classes, so his step-mom hired a tutor to help him. This is a video of their first tutoring session. Billy wants to blame the teacher for his grades, but his tutor Miss Michelle decides to set him straight. She was given permission to spank him if needed, and he needs it. So she has him drop his pants, bend of the chair and she paddles him and then takes him over her knee to reinforce the point that it's his fault for his bad grades.
