I just ate some gummy worms so I really need to brush my teeth. I brush and brush my teeth until I have a ton of toothpaste in my mouth then I slowly spit it into the sink. I keep brushing until I am satisfied that my teeth are clean. Then, I rinse and use mouthwash.
