I am so tired of all these petty rules and regulations that the Home Owners Association impose. Citation after citation for everything from too many cars in the yard to the grass is overgrown. I ignore them all - it is my house afterall!! Today they send their little secretary over here to personally hand me the notices and read my offenses.
