The plumber Steve Villa came hghly recommended so I hired him to fix a plumbing problem in my kitchen. This guy was as slow as they come - workiing at a snail place. I try to get him to hustle and finish the work, but he buries his head under the sink ingoring me. He didn't realize what he was getting himself into - I don't let laborers think they are in charge. I expect things to be done my way. I come into the kitchen and begin complaining about how long it is taking him to fix a simple problem.
