I'm in need of a place to live for a while and Carissa offers me a room in her house. I come over to check it out to make sure it is good enough for me and she gives me the tour showing me the room I get and my private bathroom. She brings me downstairs to see the storage area and tells me there is someone else living down in the basement - it's her handyman who helps her out with things.
