I find myself bound down in a chair. My wrists have been cinched tightly together by rough twine and the twine has been attached to my pantyhosed toes!!! I look down to see multiple wraps of the twine around my bright shiny red polished big toes and brutally cinched down the center binding my feet together. My second and third toe on each perfectly polished foot have been painfully secured together with wraps of elastic bands!! I am furious!!!! This little tiny bit of twine is no match for a big important boss lady like me!!! I will conquer this and I will do so now!!!! I begin to rub my feet ... Show more
