Doing my yoga exercises with my bladder full to the top is fun. I am working out while desperately need to pee. It`s a tough job, but I cope to hold it. So exciting and hot. Until the moment where I start releasing my bladder`s content step by step, drop by drop, spurt by spurt. Now that`s a real pleasure! Soaking my leggings and shorts and continuing the work out. At a given moment I am pulling down my shorts and leggings and release the whole pee I still kept in my bladder - a waterfall of pee down the crotch of my leggings, my legs and my flat shoes.
