With her full diaper hidden by her adorable white tutu skirt, she spins around while releasing a lengthy, noxious fart. Nanny gives Josie's tummy a little push, and out comes another big, nasty fart, making her worry that she may need to use the bathroom before they head out. As they go treat or treating in the neighborhood, Nanny is somewhat tense as they tag along. They visit all of the neighbors' houses and collect candy until Josie's pillowcase is heavy. Josie feels her stomach rumble as they stroll through the next neighborhood, causing her to crunch down painfully before she begins to stink in her diaper. Josie takes off her tutu and rolls around on the floor as her step-mother cleans her up.
