With her full diaper hidden by her adorable white tutu skirt, she spins around while releasing a lengthy, noxious fart. Nanny gives Josie's tummy a little push, and out comes another big, nasty fart, making her worry that she may need to use the bathroom before they head out. As they go treat or treating in the neighborhood, Nanny is somewhat tense as they tag along. They visit all of the neighbors' houses and collect candy until Josie's pillowcase is heavy.
