Holding your breath so your face gets red and your veins are popping, eyes closed, lips pressed tightly together - movements and poses wihile sitting: both arms wrapped TIGHT around your stomach, rocking back and forth, bending over, falling back, pulling knees up - movements and poses while standing: bending over the back of a chair, pressing its back deep into your stomach, doubling over - movements and poses while writhing: pulling knees up, rubbing tummy, rolling around, switching between stretching out and curling up into a ball Your shoes should come off, so I get to see your soles. Also I'd love to see the muscles in your tummy tense up with each cramp. And your ass in panties, when you are bending over in pain. When the pain becomes extreme I want you to roar in pain - no high pitched screaming but deeps animalistic roars. Do you understand what I mean?
