Really try to build up a lot of spit inside your mouth first though
(the more spit the better), then slowly keep drooling it all out
through your teeth whilst you keep looking wide eyed straight into the
camera and smiling.

When you're completely done drooling then cut to you with lots of spit
back into you're mouth and continue doing the same thing again and
again for 5 minutes. So preferably have the parts in which you're just
building up the spit in your mouth edited out.
