Mimi starts the Jeep by feathering and pumping the gas. She gives it a few hard revs to make sure it's running. The engine is running rough but she doesn't care. She starts driving, grinds the gears --oops-- and keeps going. The Jeep bounces, vibrates and rumbles, and Mimi works the pedals in her flip flops. Lots of close up pedal action.
